It's very possible, even likely, that Mr. Horner is talking about CCTI's patent-pending Pristine-SA technology.
BTW, that was NOT a quote from Richard Horner, it was a paraphrase. Did the article's author understand the difference between the various Pristine technologies? Probably not. Also consider that the research deal with the University of WY is to find commercial uses for the Pristine-M byproducts, such as fuel additives; He might've been referring to the commercialization of the byproducts. Lastly, consider that Mr. Horner is applying for a government grant to do that research with CCTI. I'm sure he hopes his research will continue for years, as long as that river of cash keeps flowing.
