More characterization arguments. You can look at any number of scummy pinky stocks and see "renowned" individuals connected.

They spent 6 months and hundreds of thousands cleaning up the old shell. They sent forensic accountants to Sierra Leone to update SEC filings to satisfy FINRA for processing the name change

Yes. They clearly had plans for this shell, and wanted the heat off. Why did they need a shell that needed cleaning? Of course, you can't seem to answer that one.

They then successfully changed their name to JB& ZJMY and have impostered a BILLIONAIREs company on the US markets... SOMEHOW he has not stepped up to stop the perpetrators of this scam... a FINRA approved name change which is a organization specifically put into place to stop scam artists from doing exactly what your accusing.

Assumption on intent. You have no idea what the shell will be used for (money laundering is quite possible). As you noted earlier, there have been 0 assets connected to the shell so far. Pure speculation at this point.

Also, the FINRA angle has been discussed over and over. You're just inventing FINRA's role at this point.
