At this point no it is not presumptuous, to many facts to apply to our current situation.

Fact 18 years 850,000,000.00 wasted money with ZERO Ip to monetize, Cotara, Onyclomn, Bavi, Imaging, VEGF . Shenanigans like the Russel drop within 24 hours of qualification, , Epstein and the China debacle over TNT, Stason, DIOS, CSM Phase 2 trial sabotage then net 600K settlement when the loan default was 1 MIllion alone and it was a 50 million dollar clinical trial. Compensation committee of CJ, DP, SK, ES stealing 9 million dollars each from shareholders from excessive compensation to themselves,, 2 reverse splits and we would have a delisting letter for a third if not for Ronin.


They have orchestrated a great heist, these are thieves stealing 500K per year each for 18 years. These are facts even supported by the US court system.
These facts are not presumptive, or conjecture they are reality.

At this point IMO those that have a favorable Bias toward Mr. Johnson, Mr. Swartz , Mr Pohl, and Mr King must have an alternative motive that is not in the best interest of long shareholders.
