First of all, you nailed it!! It's all about the collection of data, chain of custody, chain of identity.. I mentioned this in some earlier posts.. Vein to vein, the patient is part of the supply chain from point of extraction to inoculation.
With in that vein to vein process, MFG, scheduling, logistics and reimbursement are also included.. KITE and NVS don't come to CYRX for the container, they come for the data, (most likely) but also the management of logistics and compliance. And as Swiss Alan just mentioned, that process is extremely complexed.. That's why I thInk we are extremely undervalued as a stock..
