I could only imagine what 53% of Northern Vines will be worth in 9 months ...Canada is expecting huge shortages of marijuana and testing ....What is ATTBF going to do with that $2 million from the sale ?

I just don't believe that was their best option to raise more money. So, then, they'd almost have to argue this deal is more about the partnership? But what exactly does Abattis get out of it that justifies giving away 53%?
