Why does anyone think that the 10Q will have "news"? By definition, it is a recap of the last quarter + financials. If there were anything material that needed to be reported, that would come out as an 8k during the quarter. Since there has been no material news to date, the 10Q isn't going to change that.
Moxa, remember, federal law supersedes state law. There has always been a fear that as individual states "legalize" either recreational or medicinal MJ, that the feds "could" come in and shut them down - either through the Supreme Court (declaring the state law illegal) or via federal drug enforcement raids. To date, nobody has tried that and it's been a "live and let live" relationship. I personally doubt that Sessions will go to that extreme regarding the states' laws, but if he did, it would be within his charge as US AG.
I still think OWCP's short to mid-term success will be based on foreign approvals/sales/patents. The US may be heading towards a legalization of MJ, but it's more of a meandering wander than a direct march, and will likely take years rather than months.
