I expect a small dip, back toward 0.05 briefly maybe. It would surprise me if it goes back below 0.04.
Expectations based on the short extension of the stay and the (small) chance that we'll here something not too long after November 7th.

Let me call this now... I expect the settlement to be announced this time. No further stay after November 28th.
