Rev Mon, the new BOD may just possibly be able to legally buy on the simple public knowledge that Peregrine Pharmaceuticals had offered RCM to see their strategic plan which RCM ultimately decided NOT to see as they would have had to sign the nondisclosure agreement

Sounds like everyone knows this information and buying is becoming a popular thing to do these days and even nights

Do you think Ronin hedge group members may back off from voting for Ronin in anticipation that if the poison pill is triggered....then the group members surrounding RCM will not like being pushed out of their shares ...as all others buy according to the poison pill plan
