To me TPL is "unique." So many variables, and very little solid information make this very hard to know anything for certain. My own estimate for EPS of 2.75 is essentially last quarters 2.12 and .59 for the after tax arbitration award with another 4 cents thrown in for good measure. I hope the 10-q wwill give us more insight into the water operations. Chevron released their quarterly report today which says their operations in the Permian Basin are exceeding expectations. That alone bodes well for TPL both long and short run.
