My take on the CC is this...there's work to be done before big revs come, but everything is lining up very, very nicely with Tom's leadership.

I told my wife, as we drove along today, that it's like watching a major sports team slowly put the lineup together.

"We need this", Tom goes and gets it.
"And 'this' will strengthen the team", Tom goes and gets it.
"Salary cap???" We'll work it out!!!

Point is...Tom is building a total winner. Anyone who can't see what's happening will miss out on a great ride!
The most beautiful thing is...this isn't a game, it's real 'money life'!!!
