You seem to be somewhat misguided....

On your first count their was more than a name change and symbol change....Whole new company with new owners and complete different business plan...

Two....Yes these boards are for discussing good and bad about the company. But one should be able to back up ones acusations....not spew garbage and untruths....

Third....I am buying in the open market and will continue to do so....I suggested that anyone bellyaching should sell and move along.....

Fourth....I am well aware of what the previous years market cap is and not in the least concerned because it does not bother me in the least....
