How do you talk to a non-reporting no-info pink sheet company?, sounds like trading based on non-publicy disclosed material information to me... Especially a company that has engaged in a series of documented merger scams that were nothing more than an insider enrichment scheme. Talking to "John B. Strong", quite the alias for a phantom CEO I might add, about pending news is a good way to get yourself caught up in an FBI investigation...
