Yes, Question, According to Steve al payments have been paid on time and I am assuming there is no intention to default on future payments. So it does not help this predatory leander get more shares at the lower price. If they cannot get more shares at a lower price what good is it to drive the price lower, or are they gambling Steve will have to default? and would a judge actually stop them from doing what they are trying to do? It does not seem illegal.
