Oh, geez! Madison was telling anyone who called!

Substantial shareholder? Hmm.

Over many months I periodically called Madison Stock Transfer to ask the OS, and they never once asked my name or how many shares I owned before providing me with the OS. (For the record, I own ZERO shares of HEMP, and haven't traded them in a couple of years).

Here was a typical conversation:

Madison: Madison (they rarely answered the phone with their names).
Me: Could you tell me the number of outstanding shares of Hemp, Inc, that's H-E-M-P.
Masison: Just a minute, let me look that up.
Me: Okay.
Madison: Bear with me, the computer is a little slow today
Me: Sometimes they're a little cranky. Hah. Hah.
Madison: Here it is. Let me give it to you in single digits, so there is no mistake.
Me: Go ahead
Madison: 2-0-9-1-5-9-7-9-5-7
Me: 9-5-7. Thanks a lot.
Madison: You're welcome
Me: Bye
Madison: Bye

On October 2, 2017, just like the above, I called Madison and was told to send an email. Below is the email chain:

Subject: Outstanding shares for HEMP

To whom it may concern,

May I please get the number of outstanding common shares for Hemp, Inc (HEMP), and if possible, the outstanding share counts for HEMP's various levels of preferred stock.

Thank you in advance for your attention,

Dave

Aa you can see, there was never any question as to whether or not I was a shareholder. Before last week, anyone could have asked for an answer and received it.
