Agenus Inc (AGEN)

Sent the following email to AGEN's IR:

Dear IR,

As a long term investor in Agenus, I was wondering why after a Canadian approval AND a US approval, the stock PPS dropped from $4.70+ to a close today of $3.73!!!

The only explanation I can find is in the creation of AgenTus. I did not invest in AgenTus, I invested in Agenus.

How does this move help Agenus? How does it add value to Agenus? Why should shareholders be glad of this new development? I looks like the market is reacting to the news as this is a removing value from Agenus and not a good news for shareholders.

Would you please enlighten us retail shareholders?
