Yup, 50% loss already.

H.C. Wainwright initiated coverage with a "buy" rec on Oct 10 w/o disclosing that they were being paid to sell the stock. Further, as they were paid based on % of deal value, whatever the price popped, they made cash off of.

When will the SEC start taking action against this?
