which is why one year ago .. we had this conversation about seating a BoD .. then holding the AGM

imo we may well see 1 or 2 of those individuals who infused the $600,000.00 be on the BoD

and i don't see an AGM held without a BoD being voted upon ..

and i see an AGM held (most likely teleconference to keep costs down) after DA is 8K'd and b4 prox installed

there was a 1M~ abusive short on PTOI @ the EO 2009 .. the reason why PTOI's *volume* in no way correlates
with other OTCQB companies whose *stock* (I/O) is 10M more but *trades* more *volume* is because
many (not all) of P2O investors were never parted from their shares .. regardless of how many times
retails' emotions were *played* with by NR since 2009

so with 2 new adds to the BoD .. i would expect both an AGM to be held within the next few months
but mostly i would expect *additional* suggestions to be conveyed to mgmt .. in regards to P2O's first sale

NR has always had an issue with PTOI (stock) .. everyone with interest will get to see how PTOI moves on air with P2O's ability to execute

note NN just sucked up *shares* via their elastic bid size @ 035 .. *cant* wait to see what NN *reports* to Finra re: MM Monthly for October 2017 ..

at some point (with P2O's ability to execute) NN and their NR entity .. have no where to hide ..

i'll never say never .. but as i've noted for years .. the last thing i'd expect out of *mr. methodical and conservative* is BK for P2O ..

P2O has numerous options .. that never get discussed .. go figure .. ;)

No.. if, if, if they're is a naked short position they have no eff'n problem unless the company does sell machines. It's not not really that hard to see that the company either makes money or it goes bankrupt.
