If you go back and check the past several months, there have been occasional days of high volume (20 to 100 million) and the sp has done nothing after. I think the note holder is cashing in so he can buy xmas presents for family.
I'm not sure where the buyers are coming from, but DV & the note holders are probably promising peeps some future news that they'll be able to sell into.
Whatever it is, I'm not putting a dime here. I've got another one that I'm 100% confident in that I'm putting every dollar I can scrape together into. I plan on retiring in style with it....
