Honesty and law dont go hand in hand for the most part, im not overly concerned with that, or what he has done in the past.

Im concerned with what he hasn't done. Why are there no other case files with his name that appear? Why does have such a small presence online? What has he been doing for the last 24 years with a law degree?

If he is a friend of Richard's, and his only job is this slam dunk case of getting the shares back, then ok. That is a situation I could see this making sense in.

Any other scenario and it kind of seems like we hired a JV D-squad lawyer for a company that is supposed to be impactful and possibly life-changing.
