The video is there...I suggest you watch it. Congress wants no shareholders. At one point, 1 member even expressed disbelief that the FHFA and the Treasury don't just make a pact to eliminate all shareholders now and put the total control under the Government.

If Administration and Congress wanted to do something conclusive then they could have done it during anti-FnF Obama administration.

They don't want to do something conclusive. As I said in my post...they are perfectly happy to leave Conservatorship indefinitely until the organizations can be replaced, and shareholders eliminated.

There is no way Congress can eliminate Shareholders without making US another real communist country. Currently US looks like communist country with FHFA conservatorship not because of Congress but because of some irresponsible Judges.

And? Democracy/Communism/Socialism/etc is an illusion. As a wise man once said...first, you get the money. Then, you get the power. Then, you get the wi-men.

If one looks at 9th/11th circuit rulings, it is very clear that 4617(f) does not bar judicial review of unlawfull decisions of FHFA as a regulator or conservator.

Define "unlawful". Lol.
