Mr Rollup, here's the FRFS Key...

In my opinion, it doesn't matter if the Nevada SOS had indicated Gifa, Inc. or Gifa Holding. It's like saying tom-a-to or tom-o-to for a better understanding.

The two key indicators to consider are...

1.) The name Gifa is associated with FRFS.

2.) The key personnel that's part of Gifa are indicated within the Nevada SOS updates.

I think either Gifa Holding is coming into FRFS or a huge part of Gifa that is going to make the stock appreciate greatly in value.
