No, they did a R/S to stay off the OTC. I was in contact with the company before the R/S. The company was already public so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Shorts were gone and the company was moving back in the right direction but they made the unwise decision to do a R/S and it brought back the shorts. You can't short a company under a dollar and the moment the R/S went into affect the shorts rushed in to make a killing because they were once again eligible to be shorted. If you shorted this after the R/S you more than doubled your money.
