I bought into DOLV only knowing about the battery swapping business.

From your DD, thanks again, I gather that:
1. JinBo Group owns a majority stake of Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy
2. Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy is doing a reverse merger into DOLV
3. Therefore JinBo Group owns a majority of DOLV
4. ZJMY has controlling interest of Wuhu Huabo Electric Battery and EV
5. ZJMY took a 37.7% shareholder stake in Long Star New Energy

QUESTIONS:
1. What percentage of DOLV's (ZJMY) ownership is held by JinBo Group?
2. Are there other corporate investors like JinBo Group, or does the common stockholders own the remainder of DOLV (ZJMY)
2. What is the value of Wuhu Huabo Electric Battery and EV
3. What is the value of Long Star New Energy
