Stolpen; Details? Whether there will be a TRW-dividend or not is not "details" - for many shareholders it is the sole reason they are invested in SIAF...

There is also a HUGE difference between being misleading/breaking time-lines, and officially promise a 50% share dividend (of the 36.6%) - back it up with claiming that the F-1 is worked on, and then not following through.

You might of course argue that SIAFs history tells that they will not follow through, but that would surely result in a massive lawsuit and possible also time in jail. I don't think that is arguing details.
