The ECAB-deal was one of the reasons why I chose to invest in SIAF. I don't trust Solomon 100% - he doesn't deserve that - but I don't believe he's a criminal. He'll dangle carrots in front of us - hurting both us and the company - but it's not to scam us.
Nothing happens seems to be the matra in SIAF, but things have started to happen - although very slow and (as always) taking way more time than anticipated by SIAF - i.e TRW is finally carved out, SIAFs ownership in TRW is official, and TRW is working with the F-1.
We don't know how long it will take to do the F-1 of course. Unless SIAF is stalling (delay til we have the TRW loan and/or the pre-IPO is done, cleaning up the collateral shares etc) then we should (...) be close to having the ex date announced.
You've heard similar things before though - you don't think the F-1 is different?
