Stolpen; Sufficient for claiming that TRW is worthless? No, not at all - we KNOW that SIAF owns 36.6% of TRW - it's official. The "paid in capital" is also official and matches D&B's report. D&B can still be off, but that's the best estimate we've got (well, disregarding the growth-story that is). Feel free to provide a better estimate if you have one - in my opinion the value of TRW is one of the most important aspects (of course book value is a lot higher than TRW, but SJAP&HU is struggling and we don't really know what a fair value of them are at the moment, so for now it's better to focus on TRW and expand from there).

For backing up the speculations that SIAF has defaulted a loan without telling us? Maybe - if you're referring to Q3 (there is a difference between lacking credibility - which they do lack - and lying in official filings to such a degree that it's a punishable offense). However, if SIAF has defaulted a loan in Q3, then we should soon be out of this mess (diluted to a horrible price though).
