INTC probably was the "trigger", but the extreme readings in the opening trin and P/C ratio followed by the inability to mount any counter trend ramp are "telling". Interestingly, so far, in that INTC CC, they were not contemplating increasing capacity except through their well established technology improvement (300 mm and 90 nano process). Capex remains according to plan.
