For the sake of argument, if it is the case, it could still have huge potential opening the Bitcoin market up in the US more when China is currently blocking exchanges. If you're a CEO that wants your company open to a market that is huge, but you really know nothing about it, you definitely hire an expert to make have the best chance of success.
