nope they said we will cancel > THE COMPANY SAID THAT < we are sending out your box today you should receive it by Wednesday or Thursday. be adviced that we can not control mother nature and due to the hurricane we had a major set back with orders, due to our location in key west. we spoke to corporate and if HBO is not on this week we will give you back the 20 dollar difference. Then we will cancel your subscription and you would have to redo it in order not to be charged the 59.95. For the inconvenience, we also added an extra 2 devices on your account.

MY ORDER PLACE 16 DAYS AGO / I STILL HAVE NO PREMIUM BOX OR SERVICE / THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED / THEY ANSWERED WITH BASICALLY SAYIN THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE HBO OR ANY PREMIUM PACKAGE / THATS WHY THEY TOOK IT DOWN OFF THE WEBSITE TOOOOOOO!!! IMO

THEY SAID I WILL HAVE MY ORDER BY WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY / OK WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?????? THEY TOO SAID SENDING IT OUT TODAY !!!!

Hi!! we apologize for the troubles, We are not ignoring you or any customer. As far as HBO we are working on hd signals to serve you better. Mother nature, relocating employees and moving delayed us everything. You should have your Viva player no later than the 16th of this month.

WHAT IS THE TRACKING NUMBER / I BOUGHT THIS SERVICE FOR A REASON AND DO NOT WISH TO CANCEL / BUT MOTHER NATURE ? WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH THIS? CAN YOU JUST TELL ME THAT YOU RAN OUT OF BOXES BECAUSE YOU OVERSOLD THEM? OR SOME OTHER REASON ? I SEE YOU ARE NOT OFFERING THEM TO ANYONE ELSE??????? JUST ME A CUSTOMER ASKING????
