Why does it have to be nefarious.
They are here because they follow the money.
Ronin and affiliates increase shareholder value.
the ultimate goal of a hedge fund.
The Hedge fund guys may know the opportunities Ronin sees at PPHM and are riding the coattails of a proven winner.
They are not here to lose money, they are aligned with shareholders synonymous with Ronin .

For once, as in the first time shareholders will be in a win win situation with PPHM BOD.
