how did you come up with the moving 5 days thing ?

Because we had a surprise 500k increase in the share count the last time. At a time when the share price wasn't going down. But... the 5-day average WAS still going down fast at that time.

And when you think about it, they hardly ever use a 1-day share price to determine stttlement. Because it's too volatile. It's probably a 5-day average of the closing price or something similar.
