I'll admit that all those articles about the old entities are confusing as shit and thats why someone could use it to drum.up concern. Especially when it looks like JF once worked for "black river" but thats a factor of "the name wasnt changed yet after the deal" ... seems to be similar confusing situations with EMSF and INTV

I just remember people saying "he works for all these scams"... then checking timelines and all of them seemed to be scams prior to the dates of viva being in their mix.
