If the article is wrong, this needs to be brought to the attention of both the author and gurufocus.com so they can issue a correction. I supposed they'll need documents and/or PRs showing OncoSec, not Merck, made the announcement.

Personally, I really don't G*A*F who made the announcement. If the article says Merck, heck, no skin off my nose.
