Hello Cotton, thanks for all of your research over the years. It helped me understand many things in this bankruptcy case. I have a question:

Wasn't all of the monies that were due to be distributed to class 10B being allocated to higher classes? Is this still in force? IF so, then how would it be possible for the CTs to get any sort of payment ( divies or any other form of distribution on DEC 7th ?)
