My pick for the day is #3.

Why??? I believe if the initial rumors of OBO-1 were true, CVX isn't going to allow this to slip away. There are good arguements for some of the other choices but I have to go with CVX and the difficulty powerful majors are having in replenishing their reserves. Also, the time its taken to get the real info out on OBO-1 tells me they aren't done shopping yet. How much would I be willing to bet that my choice is correct?????? Not much....more like a lean in that direction.
