MLNK's 2Bn in NOLs are worth considering as a yet-to-be-monetized asset. I think the SPLP CEO who's in the process of acquiring MLNK knows exactly what they're worth, and he's looking to capitalize big time on them. If you take PIOE's recent NOL deal they are worth .40 on the dollar, roughly a Billion dollars in MLNKs case. MLNK is currently valued at 123MM. Roughly 9 times less than its real value when NOLs get monetized by SPLP.
