Loyal, no, no, nope. Holding shareholders while hating management and steering towards bankruptcy with vote. I have no problem with any view towards management, but staying after July was a decision made where the equation was clearly laid out, except yes the vote was circumvented. Over all though, more shareholder votes of YES than NO actually for the year 2017
