That makes more sense then just about anything posted here lately. Just ask the man. I did and he responded. Sales agents are commissioned not salaried, didn't get into the specifics of being an employee or subcontractor but it would make most sense for agent to independent contractors not an employee. The marketing brochure is not quite complete because Hartman wanted to include the new spray in the brochure. The spray should hit the market in the next week or so.
