Thanks for clarifying that info, ive1. I don't know what the big fuss is all about him getting ahold of some immediate cash that he needs right now, so as to get this show on the road! For he can always announce in the future about his share buy back plan, when the company is finally replete with lots of extra money! For, it's not like he's going to take the money that that share increase equals, so that he can go down to the CAYMAN ISLANDS, & lay on the beach with a beautiful babe in each arm! NO! For GOD's sake! He needs cash & lots of it to do all of the things that he wants to do, and that he's got to do, so as to get things going! The which all require money & a lot of it! So, if he can get some ready cash via utilizing shares from his A/S to get things done, why in the H SHOULDN'T HE, ey??? Like the $7000 that he recently needed so that he could pay the auditors to make his books current! But if he was diluting just so he could live high off the hog, then we'd have a right to biitch, gripe, moan, & pizz! But NOBODY has been able to prove that he is doing that kind of shenannigans! And the reason why is because HE ISN'T! EOS So, the MAN has a good business plan & some ideas about how to the best get there! So, why not just let him alone so that he can do it, ey?!!! "You all" who are so concerned along those lines about "DILUTION! DILUTION!" just keep investing in this microcap by buying shares at the ask. For that's about the biggest responsibility that any of us have to accomplish, regarding the continued & forward success of this company up to a penny, and hopefully higher than that, even!
