With the $2.50 rule wouldn't it take a helluva lot more than 100k in an account to short a stock running in the .0004 range? (2.50 per share shorted as collateral)

Asking because this debate has been coming up a lot recently. Anyone know of brokers who don't enforce the $2.50 rule?
