I did not overlook that North but am seeing a common theme among small biotechs being picked up cheap and what can be done to make sure it does not happen here....

A BP will commonly try and use a subsidiary company of theirs in order to make the move on the target ....and what advantages do BPs have that makes them utilize a subsidiary company ....hmmmm

Can there be any legal actions taken by shareholders now that can force a open bid system (in case whomever gains control fails to follow such a method in order to maximize shareholder value...) and my gut reaction is a BP subsidiary may not be the best matching shares(s) to receive if it was on table because their parent BP company could easily buy them out for breadcrumbs which means our future PS Targeting values will not materialize!

All shareholders best start thinking like a BP and how they will want to screw common PPHM shareholders and I do believe legal actions must be taken....and at the least, CLAUSES must be put in place since the new BODs can be bribed with future BOD positions to accept a deal that has NO such clauses to protect current shareholders.
