I have to agree with both of you. Marquee doesn't release the PRs, but they ARE supposed to be the ones ADVISING Petar about shareholder perception (which I believe they've already done)... which means politely FORCING (haha) him to PR something today so that the delay acknowledgement doesn't come after we already know it (i.e. after the stated deadline). And aside from Marquee, Petar should already know that all are looking at his deadline under a microscope... so if he knows he's going to miss it, the conscientious thing to do is tell us before the timeline expires.
It's a VERY simple bit of marketing knowledge. Damage control, and it's a no-brainer.
