IMO the delay only helps the flippers. Look at the money these guys are making over the past couple weeks with predictable swings. High of .20 last week and a low of who knows this upcoming week. In hindsight had I seen it playing out like this I would probably sitting on 5-10 times the number of shares I currently own.
