grantastic, respectfully, and important to note...

Go ask around or do whatever you need to do to prove it to yourself. PTSC did have such a run. I never said it stayed up there at $2.20 per share, but it did get there. As a matter of fact, I'll help prove it to you. It hit the high of that $2.20+ per share price on March 6, 2006:

You can go to the PTSC IHub forum and start with post #1327 and begin reading forward for the next few days as more proof:

Most charts or chart programs only go back 10 years. This transpired in 2006 which is more than 10 years.

Most of all... I was a shareholder of PTSC which is how I truly know. I posted a valuation post on the RagingBull forum of the days of old that it was going to get to $2.52 per share if any judgment were to end in favor of PTSC. You would not believe the amount of people who thought I was crazy and not so smart. After a decision was made with Intel and later it hit $2.25 per share, I think people thought I was still not so smart, but at least they thought that I wasn't crazy anymore. (LOL)

So, some might say... What does this have to do with the price of tea in China and with MAXD?

Well, my point was that such legal actions were going on for years when they won against Intel which caused the stock to go to $2.20+ per share. MAXD is positioned to greatly gain by possibly coming out as the victors because per the PR below... MAXD entered into a representation agreement with world renowned architect Eli Attia giving MAXD the exclusive right to pursue claims on his behalf against violators of Attia’s intellectual property rights:
