He said it went to different parts of the government. Just be honest. It doesn't help when people can listen to the video and know that's dishonest. It goes in a general fund that pays lots of different things. It would make me question other things. IMO it has hurt the share price if it has effected it at all considering Obama Care is not going anywhere.
