I haven't spent the time trying to go back through hundreds of posts to catch up this morning, but I have a pretty good idea why there is this delay in posting the financials.
I think the financials are completely finished or within minutes of being "stamped" and posted. I don't think they either can be "stamped" or that Petar will not allow them to be posted until the correction to the total share count has been made and posted on the ST of NV website. I believe this is to avoid another uproar and reason for the bashers to say "See I told you this was crap".
When the official number of shares are posted on the NV website I am sure the AF's (stamped) will immmediately be posted.IMHO
