Sometimes people lose track of the obvious:

1. Why I invested.
2. What the GOALS of the company are! Gee, did I say GOALS???
3. This company is in BUSINESS - yes, I'm afraid to tell you that you are not watching a SITCOM and know that next's week show will show you who killed JR - LOL....see, in business, things happen, delays occur, someone is not available, a question comes up that they want to be sure is answered correctly before moving on, etc.

I doubt the auditors are just adding columns in an Excel spreadsheet.

It's the business world folks! Look at your own experiences!
