To the board - I have been asked by Angela to confirm that she called Petar. I'm not sure why. I don't think this board should be about her. But she seems upset that people don't believe that she called Petar.
Most of you know that I call CEO's frequently and post my conversations. I have done this for the past few years and I have posted that my intent is primarily to convince them to be shareholder friendly, not to dilute, not to dump stock, and, consequently, to share the risk with us retail shareholders, building a strong shareholder base. I talk to them about their fiduciary duties to us and how their credibility is so important in pinky land in particular, where bashers will use any opportunity to trash a stock or its management.
First of all, I have no factual knowledge whether or not she called Petar or not. I only have what she told me and that is that she called him and texted him. I wasn't there and could in no way know if she did or did not call him.
How did she get a phone number? I contacted him in February or March and I have posted that several times here along with my notes of the conversation. I gave her the phone number along with those same notes. There was no inside information and all that I gave her was previously posted on various message boards.
I did not know one number was a cell phone. My notes say it might be and not to call as it might be a personal number. I also apologize to Petar (if he reads this) for doing this as it now appears that perhaps he was harassed. I have no idea who gave me the number or whether I read it somewhere on the board. I suspect that one of the early longs gave it to me when I requested, as I often do, ways of contacting a CEO.
I also have no idea whether or not the number I gave her led to completed calls. I do know, and have posted as such, that I have been unable to get through on this number. I have tried to call many times over the past few weeks but have been unsuccessful. How Angela was able to get through and I was not is a mystery to me. I will let each of you draw your own conclusions. I would love to be able to get through to Petar but have been totally unsuccessful. In fact, if anyone out there knows how to get through to him, please let me know. (Also I have been unable to get through to others such as Chad, Dwight or whoever is IR for the company at this point. For some reason, Angela says she can do all this, but I have NOT been able to get through even once. I wish I knew the secret, but more power to her if she has really been able to do this.)
Beyond that, I have no knowledge of what Angela did other than what she has said. I happen to believe she talked to him at least once but the content and the substance seems to vary and much of what she posts seems to be her own interpretation as to what the conversation or conversations was/were. One day she seems to say something and the next the conversation is something very different.
I get perhaps 100 PM's a day and I tend to gloss over many,particularly if the message has too much of an emotional tint to it. Because of the varying messages, I really could make neither heads nor tails out of her content much of the time. Is she bullish? Is she bearish? She said she sold at .14 and then she said she didn't. She said she was firmly behind the company and then she said it was a scam.
I'm not being critical. I often say much of the same thing in my own posts and to myself (LOL). My several posts can be found here indicating how confused I am by this stock.
On the other hand, my posts also say that each time I post something about my own confusion, the stock takes off w/i a couple of weeks. It has done this virtually each time since .002's despite the most extensive bashing campaign I've ever seen. I believe this will continue but it's my opinion only.
