The point could also be argued that there isn't any proof that the "End of Day Data" for the "Closing (Last) Bid Value" was below .01 either.

I didn't see any evidence that was clearly represented in the "sticky" post so therefore it should also be deemed "baseless".

The "End of Day Data" information is not available to the public for free so therefore that post was clearly just an assumption - IMHO
