Now that is the age old question why 99% of the stinky pinky do things lol

Why would a company that was just incorporated be acquired or want to be acquired by a company with almost $1M in debt and be considered a great thing with a doctor who has a very questionable past with lots of complaints?

Interesting timing isnt it wouldnt you say?
